God Save the Food: Reviews & Ratings
The food here is absolutely great. I ordered for myself classic egg Benedict and my friend ordered scrambled egg with avocado and salmon, and I must say it’s one of the best brunch I had in Milan. The location and vibe is absolutely great. The brunch starts at 12 pm on Saturday and Sunday, so do not miss it out. My only complain would be regarding the hollandaise sauce as I thought the quantity could be a bit more but nevertheless the overall experience was amazing.
Nice café, OK prices. Stopped off here after wandering the streets of Navigli and Zona Tortona. I had a nice refreshing juice and wife had a turkey sandwich. Juice was nice and refreshing, it was pineapple, ginger and cucumber. Just the job on a hot day. Wife had the turkey panini which they grilled up for her.
My dear Music and Food Friends, Dear followers, This place is so cozy and warm, with wonderful staff and delicious food for everybody's taste. Lately, I have had too much pasta and pizza :) And today I was actually looing for a great place with brunch and pancakes. Fortunately, this place only serves that on the weekends. SO, I needed to choose something from the lunch menu and look what I have found. Very delicious and fresh salad with gambas and avocado. I have then ordered a portion of rice as a side dish. This is in particular recommended for ALL who want to eat healthy food. I feel much better after compared to eating a pancake :) And who has read until here, please feel free to check my songs on YouTube. Hope you will like them as well. One of my favourite are Alışır and Harabe. Or more into English pop songs? Then check: you will love again Have a great time everyone Vural
We had a lunch here after visiting Armani Silos and MUDEC. And the food is pretty good. Most of the guests seems to be working nearby and it was packed at 1 pm. GSTF is a chain and there are several outlets in Milan. The food was pretty good and it's well made. A dish costs between €12-15 so it's not a cheap place, but the quality of the food was good.
I like this place although usually coming to the Brera location which I love. This time we went in Tortona. The portions are really big and very tasty. The place it’s much bigger. The only thing it’s the missing AC which d be very helpful.

God Save the Food is a vibrant restaurant nestled in the heart of Milan’s lively Tortona district. It’s a place where fresh, quality ingredients meet thoughtful preparation and a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere. The menu here is diverse, offering everything from classic brunch favorites like Eggs Benedict and Pancakes with fresh fruit, to savory delights such as Steak Tartare, Italian Club Sandwiches, and creative vegetarian options like Hummus and Baba Ghanoush.
The brunch experience, especially on weekends, is a highlight. The Eggs Benedict stands out—perfectly poached eggs with a silky hollandaise, though some might wish for a bit more sauce. The combination of avocado and salmon in the scrambled eggs adds a fresh, rich texture that plays beautifully with the vibrant flavors of the city. Paired with a well-crafted Spritz or a refreshing Gin Tonic, these dishes offer a true Milanese vibe.
The lunch menu also impresses with healthy, balanced dishes. A salad with gambas and avocado is a fresh, light option for those seeking a nourishing meal. The quality shines in simple ingredients prepared with care—pineapple, ginger, cucumber juice refreshes on warm days, and grilled turkey panini offers a savory, satisfying bite. Portions are generous, making the dining experience both fulfilling and enjoyable.
Though the prices lean toward the higher side, around €12-15 per dish, the exquisite quality and trendy setting justify the cost. Whether you visit after exploring nearby cultural spots like Armani Silos or MUDEC, or just happen upon it while wandering the bustling streets of Navigli, God Save the Food promises a flavorful journey. The cozy staff and inviting space complete the experience, making it a must-visit for food lovers seeking modern Italian dining with an international twist in Milan.
